* Service refers to a full clean and dust removal, reapplication of thermal paste/liquid metal and a full system diagnostic. This service cures 95% of overheating issues.

** Any repair can include USB or HDMI Port Replacement, Cooling Fan, Disc Drive, Power Supply Unit etc. If the issue is unclear, we charge a £45 Complex Diagnostic Fee which, if the device can be repaired, is rolled into the cost of the repair.
